shows that your skills, your commitment and your
cooperation are central to the success of the Company.
Just as the ThyssenKrupp Nirosta mission statement
provides us with guidance on the path to continued
future success, these guidelines set out a code of
conduct for our everyday work; all ten principles
are of equal importance. Together with the
“Principles of Social Responsibility in Labor Relations”
in the ThyssenKrupp Group, they represent a
commitment for us and for each and every employee;
supervisors in particular are called upon to lead by
example in the meaning of these principles.
